“As soon as Jesus was baptized, he went up out of the water. At that moment heaven was opened, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and alighting on him.”

Matthew 3:16

Jesus steps up out of the water with the Spirit of God descending like a dove and resting on Him, painted in white and gold against a dark so the light of that moment is the only thing you see. The water is still moving at His feet and heaven is already open above Him — the Father's voice, the Son walking, the Dove coming down.
